Dessert Pizza

Cookie Dough:

7 teaspoons Shortening
7 teaspoons Sugar
pinch Salt
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoons Vanilla

Cream Cheese Topping:

1/4 cup cream cheese; room temp
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla

Topping:

fruit slices
banana
strawberries
apples
blueberries
mini chocolate chips

Cookie Dough:

Cream together butter, sugar and salt. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla.

Mix until a ball of dough forms.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of flour on countertop. Roll out cookie dough and use a knife to cut into 1" circles.

Place onto greased Easy-Bake Oven pan.

Preheat Easy-Bake Oven for 15 minutes then bake cookies for 5 minutes.

Wait until cool then remove from oven.

Cream Cheese Topping:

Mix together sugar, vanilla and softened cream cheese until smooth.

Topping:

Add sliced fruit of choice and mini chocolate chips.
