Caramel Apple Tart

3 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon egg yolk
2 teaspoons apple juice
1 teaspoon caramel topping
1/4 apple; cut into small slices
1 sugar cookie mix
whipped topping; spray can

Butter cake pan.

Make Easy-Bake Oven Sugar Cookie recipe.

Press into pan and up sides. Bake for five minutes.

Mix egg yolk, apple juice and condensed milk. Pour into sugar cookie.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 minutes.

Cool completely in pan.

Run knife around edge, turn over gently in hand. Do NOT touch apple center.

Apply whipped cream around outside, garnish with apple slices on top.
