Bean Dip

2 tablespoons cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons sour cream
4 tablespoons refried beans
1 teaspoon taco seasoning mix
2 tablespoons cheddar cheese; shredded
2 tablespoons monterey jack cheese; shredded

In a medium bowl, blend the cream cheese and sour cream. Mix in refried beans, taco seasoning, 1/2 cheddar cheese and 1/2 monterey jack cheese.

Place into Easy-Bake Oven pan. Top with remaining cheese.

Bake in Easy-Bake Oven 20 to 30 minutes, until cheese melts.
