Chocolate Fudge Cake

6 tablespoons flour
4 teaspoons Sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
dash Salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 teaspoons milk
2 teaspoons Shortening
3 tablespoons chocolate fudge pudding; mix only
1 teaspoon coconut; shredded

Grease and flour Easy-Bake Oven cake pan.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Add vanilla extract, milk and shortening. Stir until batter is smooth. Add pudding mix.

Pour batter into cake pan.

Bake each cake in Easy-Bake Oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until cake sides separate from pan.

Remove cake and cool.

Makes 2 Cakes
